We are a new catering company that focuses on delivering you the best B-B-Q you've ever had! We have been cooking in

contests in Memphis, TN for the past 10 years - including Memphis in May B-B-Q, KCBS Variety Club B-B-Q Bash, TN Fun Fest, and Southaven, MS Springfest.

Ribs, shoulder, brisket, sauce, and beans always placed in the top 20, and our specialty chicken dish even won first place in 2008 in two different contests!

We are here in the Southern Oregon area now to bring that award winning Memphis style B-B-Q to you! We can deliver, or cook onsite.

We can also cater any event that you need, from a wedding reception to an office lunch.

As a new company with low overhead, we are flexible and will work with you to ensure you have the best experience possible,

and get everything you need. We just ask that you have a minimum of 20 guests, and put down a 50% deposit / downpayment

when there are more than 50 (an 18% gratuity will also be added to parties of 50 or more).

Due to the prep / cook time, orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

And, in order to receive a full refund of your deposit, a 5 day notice is required for cancellations.
